To make a new patent application, please submit the following forms, duly signed, either by fax or by email. Please click on the form name below to download.

1. Power of Attorney (Patent)
2. Declaration of Inventorship
3. Deed of Assignment (if the applicant is different from the inventor)
4. Deed of Assignment of Priority Rights (for applications filed under the International Convention)

Submit the above forms together with a drawing and a description (claim and abstract) of the invention.

Original copies of the above forms must be lodged together with the application. As such, please mail the completed and signed forms to:
